About Me

I am a Senior Learning Experience Designer with 8 years of experience delivering enterprise eLearning across technology, legal, hospitality, and AI domains — for clients including IBM, AWS, TSA Solutions, Dashlabs, and Jay Shetty's 108 Coaching LLC.

My career didn't follow a straight line. I started as an Electronics and Communication Engineer, made a deliberate pivot to an MBA in Finance, and fell into eLearning almost by accident at MKCL Pune — where I discovered I was good at making complex things learnable.

I've worked in Singapore and India. I've navigated immigration barriers, built a company from scratch, raised a daughter through a pandemic, and restarted my career multiple times. Every time I came back stronger — with more experience, more range, and more clarity about what I do best.

What I actually do

I am not just an Instructional Designer. I am a Learning Strategist who uses AI to operate at the speed of a team while bringing the judgment of a senior practitioner.

I take complex knowledge — mainframe security migration, US constitutional law, Python algorithms, AI prompt engineering, Jay Shetty's Vedic philosophy — and design learning experiences that make it accessible, memorable, and applicable. I've done this for IBM's internal technical teams, AWS Coursera learners, hospitality professionals across Southeast Asia, and instructional designers learning to work with AI.

What makes me different is not just the range of domains I've worked in. It's that I can walk into any subject area, figure it out from scratch, and produce enterprise-grade learning content that holds up under expert scrutiny. The IBM SME who reviewed my project said he couldn't believe what I'd produced from the information he gave me. The AWS quality reviewer took my first draft as the benchmark for the entire team.

How I work with AI

I don't just use AI — I teach others how to use it. I designed and delivered a complete 4-level AI literacy curriculum for instructional designers — covering prompt engineering, AI-augmented ID workflows, Custom GPTs, and automation. That curriculum was commissioned by a real client, built from scratch, and deployed to real learners.

In my own practice, I use AI to compress production cycles dramatically — generating first drafts of objectives, outlines, storyboards, and assessments in hours rather than days. But every decision, every judgment call, every quality check is mine. AI gives me speed. Experience gives me quality. The combination is what you're hiring.

Beyond Client Work

Beyond delivery, I've invested in the next generation of instructional designers. As Coach and Facilitator at IDOL Academy — the same institution that trained me — I taught storyboarding, needs analysis, Articulate Storyline, and instructional design fundamentals across multiple cohorts. I reviewed student work weekly, identified gaps, and awarded badges upon completion. One of my students later became my intern on the AI for IDs project — a full circle that still means a great deal to me.

I also handled video post-production for business coach Melissa Pearl Jakubovic — editing 20 YouTube videos ranging from 15 to 45 minutes in Camtasia — adding broadcast-ready video production to my toolkit.

What I'm looking for

A Senior Learning Experience Designer or L&D Strategist role where I can bring both enterprise delivery experience and AI-augmented design capability to an organisation ready to work smarter — not just faster.
